🌸🌿 A fresh burst of colour at Alkincoats Park 🌿🌸
We’re proud to have completed the renovation and planting of seven flower beds at Alkincoats Park for Colne Town Council
The new planting includes a colourful mix of salvias, rudbeckias, leucanthemums, foxgloves, verbena and ornamental grasses, chosen to provide height, movement, structure and a long season of interest.
As the plants mature, the beds will continue to fill out with even more colour, while also providing valuable nectar and habitat for bees, butterflies and other pollinators. 🐝🦋
A new bee hotel has also been installed within the main bed to add further wildlife value to the park.
It’s been a fantastic local project for AGH Landscapes, and one we’re genuinely proud to have delivered. We’re looking forward to seeing the planting develop over the coming seasons. 🌼
