The builders have been at it again. After we recently replaced a consumer unit, we introduced an RCBO onto the light circuit. Unfortunately with a messy installation completed by the builders the lights tripped straight away. We traced the fault to this junction box. 🙄😅😳

A customer contacted us with concerns over a consumer unit sparking. Well on investigation it became apparent of the issue. Loose terminals cause fires!!!! and thankfully no one was hurt. We have torque screwdrivers so let’s use them! James and Tyler was on hand to complete an exchange. Some testing on the cables and everything checks out.
