Electrical shockers for December!
Did you know?, When purchasing a property electrical safety & condition reports are not included when you pay for a home buyers report.
The buyers of this property were so glad they had the property checked beforehand, the rubber cables are literally disintegrating and a burnt out shower!
A full electrical re wire is needed.
Unfortunately for the seller they did not have any checks completed when they bought the property 5years ago.

Soffit lights in our current smart home project look really effective against the natural wood cladding, Completely automated to switch on at sunset and turn off when the home is set in night mode when going to bed.
Hidden sensors will turn these lights back on if motion is detected in certain areas for security.

Electrical⚡️fails of the month so far .
1. Hot Tubs should not be wired on plug tops.
2. Poorly installed outdoor sockets.
3. Cavity wall insulation causing a major fire hazard.

This year we have seen a massive demand for hot tubs in private homes, the average hot tub costs between £3,500 and £6,500. Why pay good money and then wire it on a household plug top?
Not only did it melt the left side, the issue was ignored and plugged into the right side with out realising the problem .

This could have been so much worse than a burnt out socket 😬

Adding in coloured LED strip into this multi purpose en-suite, steam & sauna room, can create extra ambience when you just want to relax at the end of a hard day.

Installing the latest net2 access equipment, net2 allows complete control over building access rights, in this scenario we have a main door leading to toilets and canteen and also managers & cash office. We can set user rights so managers can access all rooms where as shop floor staff only access canteen and toilets.
There are many applications this can be used effectively ie schools, retail, commercial, industrial, gate control etc. @ Isle of Anglesey
