A supply & fit with our amazing 120x120 polished varase onice,

This is the bathroom off a previously tiled WC in the same tile,

Client went for the mitred finish around the window, recess & door return. As always the mitred edge just brings the seamless look, really clean high end finish.

We supplied & fitted electric underfloor heating into a decoupling membrane. (Only UFH we use) then we set the floor out so it’d line up with all the walls 👌🏼

Stunning finish, there are unit’s to go around the room and granite to go on top, ceiling is being dropped down to the height of the tile too best way to do it in my opinion.

Tiles are Varase Onice 120x120 polished 😍

These tiles make the room look much bigger with the tile being polished it reflects the light from each wall to give the illusion of the room being bigger.

Mitred window for the seamless look always adds high end finish to the room 😍

All joints lining up from floor to walls

Have a look at this amazing floor 😍 short video also.

So this is a floor that is actually 160m2 in total it’s been supplied & fitted by us. All the tiles are 90x90 our client went with the super shine in the entrance. The the rest of the house has been done in the same tile but in a satin finish. Absolutely stunning range. I will be going back when the rest of the house has been complete to get finished pictures of the satin tiles.

We met with the client designed what they wanted and took it to they have done an amazing job of getting the tiles cut to the mm from the centre brown piece to the outer brown pieces absolutely spot on. We then cut the rest of the tiles to the mm on the outer circle it’s seamless. Beautiful bright stand out entrance to the house 😍

Here is a recent bathroom supplied the tiles & fitted by us.

This bathroom has two colours that complement each other perfectly. In the shower area is sagano oak light lines, Avorio cream in a satin finish flowing seamlessly into the wet room tray. Both tiles are 60x120 and available to see in the showroom.

We also supplied under floor heating which again goes into tho wet room tray.

The client had chosen a different tile for the walls but we had a chat and they went with our advice to put the same tile on the walls & floor.

The rest of the work was done by honestly I can’t praise him enough amazing to work after and he sorted the plumber & electricain all went to plan yet again. Quality from the lads on this one

This one is completely seamless.

We helped our client design this en suite, linear recess with led in the centre of the recess. We recommended a piece of glass to be special made and we cut a slot in the tiles for it to simply slide in & be held there by the tiles. No T bar to help hold it in place this way.

We fitted an electric UFH system that we put down and into the tray to keep the toes warm 🔥

Obviously, we mitred all the tiles around the window & recess that gives a seamless look. We then made 3 bespoke shelves for the corner as you walk into the shower.
