Bit of jolly out up northumberland for a pub pre sale for a pub.

Few things found so far during the inspections
No 30mA protection to bathroom circuits such as showers and lights
No 30mA protection for local socket circuits serving general public
Thermal damage to sockets and switches
Missing cover for light fittings with exposed connections and primary insulation.
General untidy consumer unit cupboards. loose meter tails and METs.
