A loft hatch replacement job in Deganwy, done at the weekend in between my other works ✅

Old hatch removed and the opening enlarged to accommodate new hatch ✅

New larger loft hatch with drop down timber ladder supplied and installed. ✅

Loft then framed out, new insulation added and then boarded out for storage with a couple of additional shelves fitted for more storage space for my client. ✅

🔥Another job underway in Llanfairfechan 🔥.
Kitchen and Utility Room Refurb 👌

🔥New Wren Kitchen to fit here. 🔥👌

All old kitchen units now removed from kitchen and utility room ✅

Walls all hacked off back to brick ✅

New window opening created in utility area, new window supplied by my client now fitted. ✅

New heating pipework installed for 2 new vertical designer radiators. ✅

Walls in utility area all now battened out ✅

Ready for me to insulate now and board this week. Then I can plaster both the kitchen and utility. 👌

Then new hot and cold and waste pipes for me to fit, then I can fit the new kitchen and utility 👌

Utility area is single skin brickwork. Originally had been dot and dabbed plasterboard previously by others. As you can see from the attached photos, it created a lot of damp and black mould. All been done now to a proper spec to prevent any future problems 👌👍

All the building works on my jobs including the Joinery, the plumbing and heating, the structural works, brickwork, the kitchen fitting, the flooring, etc are all carried out by just me (one tradesman) 👌

Plastering done this week at the Glan Conwy renovation job in the lounge this time around ✅

Gas fire removed and now I’ve to brick up the old fireplace opening, install a vent and then plaster the chimney breast.

Awaiting new patio doors now so that I can then remove the old sliding doors and fit the new. I can then plaster that wall once I’ve fitted the doors.
Ceiling re boarded. ✅

New copper pipework installed and concealed for new vertical designer radiator x 2. ✅

Walls prepped and then skimmed. ✅

I will be fitting engineered oak flooring throughout the downstairs when I’ve installed the ikea kitchen ; the flooring will match what I’ve fitted upstairs throughout. ✅

Plastering done at the Glan Conwy renovation job. ✅
Awaiting new back door and window now so that I can then remove the old window and door and fit the new. I can then plaster that wall once fitted.

Kitchen ceiling removed to facilitate kitchen rewire. ✅ (Phase Electrical Dom Faux Mark Spitz Hughes)
Ceiling re boarded. ✅
New copper pipework installed and concealed for new vertical designer radiator. ✅
Electrical chases bonded out, then ceiling skimmed, 3 walls skimmed. ✅

Lounge to skim this weekend. ✅
