Pre-Application Community Consultation Public Event
Proposed Development:
Proposed mixed-used development comprising existing Airfield Control Tower to be converted to Exhibition centre, Nissan hut style glamping pods, extension to existing solar array farm, new office units, 2No. Industrial Units with associated offices, new sports facilities, associated parking facilities, access onto Kilmascally Road.

Public Consultation Event:
A public consultation event in relation to the above proposal will take place on Friday 6th March 2026 from 12:00 to 2:00pm at Ardboe Credit Union, 105a Mullanahoe Road, Ardboe, Dungannon BT71 5AU. Illustrative drawings will be on display and interested
parties will be able to discuss the proposal with the APS LLP team and provide comments.
