It’s dry!!! That’s all that matters at the moment!! We’ve have only a few more weeks of hedge planting season- glad to get this hornbeam into the ground, green buds are showing!

Come and join the team! Can’t commit to a full week of work? No problem- maybe you are self employed looking for the certainty of a few days wages. Or perhaps your lifestyle only allows you to work 3 or 4 days during the week? We can work out flexible terms to suit.
The salary will depend on your experience! Suitable candidates will have skills applicable to our day to day, hard and soft landscaping activities, such as: Paving, Fencing, Planting and Groundwork’s. We find the work suits people from either a Construction or Farming background (tilers, builders, joinery).

Rooftop garden in full swing! A mix of Alexandria washed and etched stackers laid in a herringbone fashion- a really nice product to work with- well regulated in size 👌🏻

An early visit to for a plant collection! Great to see this guy again who celebrates 1 year since taking the jump and starting up his Garden Centre, just outside Moira! I got to know Luke when I was teaching him Greenmount- great to see him doing so well.
Well worth the visit- a proper Garden centre/ giftware/ Cafe experience! Good man Luke!

Adding a few finishing touches to an ongoing project! Bespoke curved Kilkenny Limestone copings supplied by Coolestone topping off the Donegal slate walls.
Nice to get a bit of planting done also- a lot of block planting of Hakonechloa macra (Japanese whispering grass) amongst other bits and pieces from Tully nurseries. The sun is shining and everyone appears to be happy at their work! Coole Stone

Bare Root hedge planting season has come to an end……. Most hedges are bursting into leaf in this great spell of weather we are having!
October will come round faster than you think- so if you are thinking of planting a hedge next season- give us a shout and we’ll get you pencilled in to avoid disappointment!

One of the things we enjoy about landscaping is the variety of work that we cover. No two days are the same. Paving one day……. Planting the next! Today we started this beech hedge, having carried out all the digging over of the soil and installation of the windbreak on the previous days. Only to return in the spring to see it in leaf
