Mental Health Awareness Week is about raising awareness of mental health, reducing stigma, and encouraging all of us to take action to support ourselves and those around us.
This yearโs theme is ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, focusing on the importance of taking meaningful steps to improve mental health. Whether thatโs checking in on a colleague, speaking up when weโre struggling, supporting one another, or making positive changes for our own wellbeing.
Throughout the week, we will be delivering ๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ต ๐ง๐ผ๐ผ๐น๐ฏ๐ผ๐
๐ง๐ฎ๐น๐ธ๐ to raise awareness, encourage open conversations, and highlight the support available ๐ฌ
We are also introducing ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฎ & ๐ง๐ฎ๐น๐ธ ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ this week โ, a relaxed, informal space where colleagues can drop in for a cuppa, speak with our ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ต ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ, or simply take a quiet moment for themselves.
Both initiatives aim to support wellbeing, encourage connection, and remind everyone that itโs okay to talk and reach out when needed ๐
