The Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to supervise our cleaning team and ensure our commercial cleaning services consistently meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise and support cleaning staff
Carry out quality checks and inspections
Ensure cleaning standards and procedures are followed
Liaise with clients and respond to any queries professionally
Organise staff, cleaning schedules and supplies
Report any issues to management
Lead by example and maintain excellent standards of cleanliness
We’re Looking For
Previous cleaning and supervisory experience
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable, organised and professional
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and willing to support the team when required
