After arriving to assess the job, Lee talked the customer through what was needed, offered his advice and provided a quote for the work.

Once the customer was happy with the price, Lee was able to get straight to work and complete the job there and then, saving the need for another appointment.

For this customer, our engineer assessed both the blocked drain and the external drainage to locate the main problem before getting the blockage thoroughly cleared.

Once everything was flowing properly again, the area was left clean and tidy and the customer was given advice to help prevent the problem from happening again.
