Re-roof Transformation 🏠

This old roof with rosemary tiles, rotted battens and no felt was stripped back and fully upgraded. We installed new breathable felt, treated battens, a dry ridge and dry verge system, and finished with Marley Mendip tiles in Smooth Grey.

Both porch roofs were also re-roofed to match, giving the property a clean, modern and long-lasting finish.

Today we completed the porch works, installing new felt and battens to ensure a solid, weather-tight base for the tiles. Everything is now prepared and secure, giving the porch a fresh and durable finish.

Tomorrow we’ll begin work on the main roof, starting the full re-roofing process. This will include stripping the existing coverings, checking the structure, and installing new felt, battens, and tiles to bring the entire roof up to a high standard.
