🌿 We’re Hiring – Soft Landscaping Site Supervisor 🌿
Location: East Midlands

Laylo Building & Landscaping Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Soft Landscaping Site Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role working on new-build housing developments, ensuring plots and open spaces are delivered safely, neatly, and to the highest standard.

What you’ll be doing:
✔ Leading daily soft landscaping operations on busy construction sites
✔ Supervising teams completing turfing, planting, mulching & full plot presentation
✔ Working directly with housebuilder site managers
✔ Ensuring high-quality finishes that meet developer specifications
✔ Completing snagging, sign-offs & daily reporting on Reflow
✔ Supporting and training team members
✔ Representing Laylo professionally on-site every day

What we’re looking for:
🔹 Experience in soft landscaping on new-build housing sites
🔹 Strong knowledge of site Health & Safety & RAMS
🔹 Ability to read/interpret landscape drawings & planting plans
🔹 Confident communicator and hands-on leader
🔹 CSCS card + full UK driving licence (essential)
🔹 SSSTS/SMSTS (desirable)
