20/09/2026

🔨 EARLY PROGRESS UPDATE | NAIL SALON & OFFICE SPACE

A productive start on our latest commercial renovation, with the first stages now taking shape.

So far, we’ve completed:
• Extraction ductwork throughout the nail salon area
• Suspended grid ceiling installation started
• Division and feature studwork erected
• Initial layout beginning to define the new salon and office spaces

There’s plenty happening this coming week as we move into the next phase.

⚡ Electrical amendments for additional lighting and power in essential areas

🔨 Raised working areas to be constructed

🪵 Floors prepped and ply-boarded ready for LVT

🧱 Walls prepared ready for cladding

✨ Feature walls and design details starting to take shape

Still plenty of work ahead, but the transformation is already underway.

From the hidden infrastructure and preparation work through to the final finishes, every stage is being planned around creating a practical, professional and high-quality commercial space for the client.

More progress updates to follow as we push on this week. 👌

🚿 “What do you think about cladding?” — one of the most common questions we get asked when quoting bathrooms!

Cladding has come a LONG way over the last few years, and one product we can highly recommend is SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) wall panels.

Forget the old-fashioned cladding you might be imagining — modern SPC panels can create a seriously high-end finish without the high-end price tag.

One of our most popular combinations over the years has definitely been Calacatta marble & matte black 🖤🤍. While a quality porcelain tile can create an absolutely stunning bathroom, we know it isn’t always within everyone’s budget.

Done right, SPC wall panels can achieve that same luxury look at a fraction of the cost — and they’re practical, stylish and much quicker to install than traditional tiling.

And here’s the really good news…

💥 We’ve now partnered with a new supplier who has literally cut the cost of this product in HALF!

That means achieving the bathroom you’ve been dreaming of could now be considerably more affordable.

If you’re planning a bathroom renovation and think SPC wall panels could work for you, drop us a message and let’s start planning your dream bathroom. 🛁

Luxury doesn’t always have to come with a luxury price tag.

It’s been a busy 5 weeks working back on our own projects. We’ve completed two commercial jobs in partnership with Bellsyd Facilities.

A Wc renovation, double cupboard built & bathroom renovation for and recommended with Apex Construction . On top of that we’ve fully tiled a bathroom & wc and are 90% the way thro another bathroom renovation. 😁

Coming up we have another bathroom renovation booked in. A big shop renovation starting and a hand full of other projects both domestic and commercial in the works.

It’s good to be back 😁
