⚜️ Changed Over Faulty Central Heating Radaitor Valves.🔧

Couple Thermostic Radaitor Valves Changed Over. One Valve Was Faulty and Couldn't Adjust at the Thermostat the Pin was stuck in the Valve & Unable to Free. Other Valve Unfortunately had a Leak.

Draining the Central Heating System and Refilling. Added Central heating inhibitor to Keep it Maintained Preveting Rust, Limescale Build up and Preventing the Sludge Build up. Inhibitor does wonders! ✨️

Old Trick - if One Radaitor ain't getting Hot. Turn Off all The other Thermostats on the Hot Radaitors it Should Force it Through. If Fails to Reinstate then Call an Engineer" 😅 . 🤷🏼‍♂️ 👨🏼‍🔧 🙂

⚜ Outhouse Toilet Install. 🚽

Very Old Existing high Level Toilet, Occupire Just Wanted a New Modernised Toilet & Yes The Door is very Close it Just Misses The Door Catching. Was Very Tight this one. 🚾💧

As the Old Toilet was Cemented Down as the old one Came out the old ones Cement pulled the Floor Away. ⚒ Some Cementing Had to be Done to Neaton/Level the floor.

The Three Types of Toilet are 👨🏼‍🔧
- Close Coupled
- High Level
- Low Level Ususlly Desighner and in Vanity Units / Wallhung Toilets. Lots of Styles.

⚜️ Changed Over a Faulty Diverter Valve Like For Like Lasted for 7 Years. 💪HoneyWell Valve. [Mechanical Valve]

This Was On A Air Source Heat pump System, Of Course I can Also Change Over 2 Ports and Mid position Valves. Similar Style Valves although Works differently.

Diverter Valve is one or The other either only

A mid position Valve usually Controlls Hot water on its own or Heating, and Can do Both. 🙂

⚜️ Installed a New Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery Unit Or an M.V.H.R for Short. New Nuaire Unit. Which is a Form of A.H.U which means Air Handling Unit. 💨 Existing Silivent Unit Failed.

The Very best type of unit. A Very Clever Unit 💡🧠the best Way To Describe This Acts as a dehumidifier / Purifier. The Main Focus Is to Prevent Mold and Damp keeping Air Clean. Stopping the 'Stuffiness" build up. Stops the windows getting damp/wet with Condensation. 🪟

[Fun fact: Unit is good for the skin as I Suffer with Eczema this helps dim it and of course good for lungs]

How it works Simple - 4 Pipes. 2 Lead outside Roof 1 Is the Fresh Air intake, The other is the Exhaust/ Extract. Go to the Roof. Now within The Premises There is to Simplify, The [Flow Out] Takes the Air From the Kitchen, Bathroom, Wash Closets, Utility. Any Moisture Build Areas now Also Collecting the Heat and getting rid of Steam, will gradually collect dust [Filters within Unit] Taking it all out the Room and bits of Dust actually can Get rid of smells. Finally the [Flow In] within the Property. Bringing Collected Heat and Fresh Air Back in to the Rooms Such as Bedrooms, Living Rooms, Dining Rooms, Office Room. Any Habitable Areas. ♻️💨🔄

⚜️ Mechanical Economy 7 Stat / Immersion Timer changed Over For Hot Water Cylinders. + Unvented

Remember for the U.Ks Cheaper Electrical Running times are between 2am - 7am. [Economy 7] This was for a Direct Unvented Hot Water Cylinder. I set the Times for The Occupires Requirements / End User. Keeping Electrical Bills Efficient. 5am-7am Making sure he had enough Hot Water Ready for the morning. And other timings Set for his work finishing times. ⚡️🔌

I,E Getting Home at 7pm Setting the timer Up Again Before hand. "Hot Water Ready" for when he returns Home. 5pm-7:00pm. This Controller is Smart Can Also be used Via Phone Through an app to Adjust times. Similar to Hive/Google nest. 📱💧🌡🛀

The Old saying for Econmy 7 Was back in the day "The White Elephant" 🐘

⚜️Whats that circle on the celing? 🤔 💭
Landlords & homeowners struggling with Ventilation? Why not Fit a P.I.V = positive input Ventilation Unit. Outwith the Old: envirovent In with the New: Nuaire Drimaster unit with a heater element. ♨️

You can Fit a H.R.U = heat recovery unit. Which is more efficient but can be difficult to retro fit.

P.I.V Design will only tolerate So much depending on property size. Working on negative air pressure. The idea is to help to prevent Mold Growth. It keeps fresh air Flowing in. 💨

⚜️ tap Swap also Re Levelled the sink as was very slanted. Also X2 toilet Repairs. A very nice Job with excellent care from the occupire. Had a lovely Indian Tea! 😄😉. Keeping Another set of toilets alive!

Hi everyone! 👋 adding some photos for this post to make sense.

I have been struggling to get round to Jobs for a while as it has been pretty quiet for me this year. (due to inflation for us all at the moment). I'm very busy with personal life, so I'm sorry for the ones I haven't got back to. I'm currently very busy with my Gas Course and heading in for my ACS (gas exams next year)

There will be a major change for Plumber R.J.C next year, going either one or two ways to get the Gas Qualification Needed!📈📉📉📈

As time has gone by learning more & more.

Starting off with the kamco Powerflushing machine I have heavily invested in! Thank you to all that have used my services. You have invested into me and I have invested back into my career!

I have now got a G3 qualification. I can work on unvented hot water tanks, and install and service them.

Ventilation 🤯.. mechanical Ventilation units I can now install and work on & service. P.I.Vs, heat recovery units, extract Ventilation & much more. Ventilation is an underrated area in my opinion and should be more important to everyone.

Renewables. From Solar thermal systems to working on air source heat pumps, rain water harvesters, ground source heat pumps and much more!

Thanks for reading. I hope with this you can understand the changes I'll be making for future purposes. Pictures to follow. I'll be back in Rhythm with everything by 1st September. ⚜️
