We are looking for an experienced plant mechanic to support our in house engineer with workload.

Ideally someone self-employed or looking for part time work based in Coventry.

We have machinery of all types and sizes, from tractors and excavators to small petrol tools such as chainsaws and strimmers

The work will involve routine servicing and diagnostic/repairs.

28 years today.

Since 1998, a lot has changed!

The equipment, the industry, the size of the business and probably most of all, what we thought we knew about running one.

A few lessons have taken years to learn. Some have been expensive. Some we’ve had to learn more than once.

28 years in and we’re still learning, still improving and still looking at what comes next.

Thanks to everyone who has been part of the journey so far.

Soon to be released… the very first Först Off The Record.

I was kindly asked to chair the first session and help get the conversation flowing on all things arb, the industry, the challenges, the opportunities and plenty of views from around the table.

Really enjoyed being part of it and I can’t wait to see the final edit.

Först also very kindly supplied us all with YETI mugs, so mine has had its first outing on the road today.

Only downside… I’m still waiting for the coffee to cool down enough to actually drink it! 😂☕️
