🚨 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE | FULLY BOOKED 🚨

We would like to inform all customers that Covkill Pest Control Ltd is currently fully booked and unable to accept any new jobs.

Due to exceptionally high demand and our existing contractual commitments, we have reached maximum capacity.

Unfortunately, we have no indication of when further availability will arise.

Our cancellation waiting list is also completely full, meaning we are unable to add any further customers at this time.

We appreciate that pest problems can be stressful and often require urgent attention. Therefore, rather than leaving customers waiting indefinitely, we would recommend contacting either:

Both are alternative pest control companies you may wish to approach for assistance, subject to their availability.

Our priority remains ensuring that our existing customers and contractual clients continue to receive the high standards of service they expect from us.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to thank everyone for their continued support, recommendations and understanding.

🐝 WE ARE EXPANDING🐀

We’re looking for another Pest Control Technician to join our growing team!

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload across our commercial and housing contracts, we’re looking to add another technician to the Covkill team.

🚐 This is a mobile regional role covering the entire East & West Midlands, including areas across:

West Midlands • Warwickshire • Worcestershire • Staffordshire • Shropshire • Derbyshire • Nottinghamshire • Leicestershire • Lincolnshire • Northamptonshire

With additional contract work extending into Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Your role will primarily involve:

🔸 Attending SLA initial visits
🔸 Picking up and progressing on-hold jobs
🔸 Carrying out PPM pest control visits
🔸 Completing pest proofing works
🔸 Investigating pest activity and identifying ingress points
🔸 Completing clear reports and recommendations
🔸 Supporting our existing technicians and contract workload where required

This isn’t a small local patch. You’ll be travelling throughout the region, so you need to be comfortable on the road and happy managing a varied workload across multiple contract areas.

We’re looking for somebody who is reliable, professional, organised and capable of working independently while maintaining the standards our customers expect from Covkill.

Ideally, you’ll already have pest control experience and hold a recognised Level 2 Pest Management qualification.

You’ll be joining an established and growing independent pest control company working across social housing, commercial properties, residential schemes and other contracted sites.

⚡🐭 THERE’S SOMETHING SHOCKING ABOUT THIS ONE!

A job we attended earlier this week revealed a rather unfortunate discovery!

This little mouse appears to have met a shocking end after finding its way into an electrical connection box! ⚡

A stark reminder that rodents don’t just cause a nuisance. They can also pose serious electrical and fire risks.

🪳 A serious German cockroach infestation in Bedford

These monitoring traps show just how quickly German cockroaches can multiply when an infestation is allowed to develop.

The traps contain a mixture of adults and young cockroaches, confirming an established breeding population. What you can see here is only a proportion of the activity the majority will remain hidden inside cracks, appliances, cupboards and other warm areas.

Heavy infestations require a thorough treatment programme, careful monitoring and cooperation from everyone involved. Simply spraying the cockroaches you can see will not resolve the source of the problem.

If you notice cockroaches, report or treat the problem early before their numbers increase.

Just a quick one because apparently “fully booked” is open to interpretation 😂

We are currently FULLY BOOKED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

That means we have NO AVAILABILITY.

This also includes:

❌ Mates of the owner
❌ Very good customers who have used us twice in the last 5 years 😂
❌ “But I know Martin…”
❌ “I spoke to Martin and he said you’d squeeze me in…”
❌ “Can’t you just fit one more in?”
❌ Anyone hoping a cancellation has magically appeared in the last 11 minutes 🪄
❌ And yes… even if it’ll “only take 5 minutes” 😂

If Martin has genuinely told you there’s a slot available, we suggest checking that you were actually speaking to Martin, because at this point even Martin can’t find a slot. 😂

The diary is full.
The vans are full.
The technicians are full.
And quite frankly, the office staff have heard the words “can you squeeze me in?” enough times for one summer. 😂

So, just to make sure we’ve covered all bases:

No emergency drawer of appointments.
