A Oak Mexicano glazed offset door I fitted as a front entrance door in the property,
The original door previously was an external front door 47mm thickness , so I reduced the rebate of the frame to accommodate the 35mm thickness door and spliced in timber to frame, i.e., previous 4"hinges and lock keep positions then sanded ready for painting, new door here was good to fit creating a warm elegant front entrance where light can pass through inside the property and match the theme of existing cottage style doors

Here are progression photos of a shaker doors media wall unit that I've designed and fitted.
Decorative v groove panelling at the back, once painted the unit, will have strip lighting discreetly hidden fitted in the front recesses I've created so the lighting will Illuminate all the shelves and create a stunning feature in the living room.
All the materials supplied
I am looking forward to seeing this painted and then finished photos to follow.

I've created a wider tread on an existing bullnose staircase. The only way to do this was to form sloped risers so I could gain 40mm extra width on the treads. The staircase, once painted, will have a middle carpet stair runner, so enabling wider tread and a feature finish on the stairs
The bottom tread bullnose finish was particularly challenging, creating a curved sloped riser and tread, same as the risers and treads above, so you would have the same distances from top to bottom of the stair steps when planting your feet on and off the staircase

New loft hatch door and loft ladders I've just fitted replacing the large heavy push up access panel which was a pain for the client and also the hassle bringing up small ladders/large steps into the home to access loft..
Now we have lightweight aluminum 3 in 1 loft ladders and flush door with a solid, easy to turn lock, which enables quick effortless access in to loft, whilst keeping the large opening so big items can be taken up stored in the loft..
Over to the painter now 😉
