Another top of the range Vaillant installed in Kenilworth recently.

As with every job we do the system was thoroughly flushed using chemicals and the Magna cleanse machine, a new Vaillant 832 Ecotech plus was installed with a Hive smart thermostat for added efficiency.

Also fitted was a shock arrestor, scale reducer and magnetic filter.

The result a very happy customer who now benefits from a 10 year parts and labour warranty.

Another system conversion finished in Wyken this week, here’s what the job involved .

✅ old cylinder and tanks removed
✅ 38 year old back boiler unit removed
✅ New Vaillant 832 Ecotech plus fitted

🔥 Another Installation Completed 🔧

I recently carried out a full new boiler installation for a homeowner, upgrading their heating system to something far more reliable after continuous problems.

Here’s what was involved 👇

✅ Full system flush to remove sludge and debris
✅ New high-efficiency boiler installed
✅ New Horizontal flue
✅ New shock arestor and scale reducer
✅ Controls upgraded to a EPH thermostat

The system flush is a crucial step. It removes built-up sludge and contaminants from the radiators and pipework, helping to protect the new boiler and improve efficiency from day one.

Another Boiler fitted end of last week for this job. The old boiler had a good innings and a great boiler in its day.

The customer was happy to stick with .uk as they get a 10 year parts and labour warranty and the after care service is quality.

As with every combi swap we do a Magna cleanse flush as standard. Upgraded controls to a new Hive smart thermostat which will improve efficiency greatly as they had no control whatsoever before.

This Boiler was going to cost too much to fix, so the customer decided on a new install with the added security of a 10 year parts and labour warranty. The boiler benefits from brass hydraulics and a stainless steel heat exchanger for longevity.

A lot more pipework needed cutting out than first thought but made@for a much neater job in the end.

New gas run from the meter and upgraded controls bringing it up to current regs. The system was flushed using the Magna cleanse machine.

🚨 Another Important Find During a Routine Service 🚨

I recently carried out a service on a Vaillant boiler and found a couple of issues that could have easily been missed.

Firstly, there was a hole in the flue and several screws were missing.

The flue is responsible for safely removing harmful gases from your home. If it is damaged or not secured correctly, it can become a serious safety risk.

Issues like this can:
⚠️ Allow products of combustion to escape
⚠️ Compromise safe operation
⚠️ Increase the risk of carbon monoxide entering the property

This was rectified properly, with the flue secured and sealed as it should be.

While servicing the boiler, I also replaced the G10 seal and electrode gasket. These components are essential for maintaining a safe combustion chamber seal. Over time they can deteriorate, and if they fail it can affect both performance and safety.

Everything was cleaned, resealed and tested, leaving the boiler safe, compliant and running efficiently.

This is exactly why annual servicing is so important. It is not just about keeping your boiler running. It is about keeping your home and family safe.
