First post in a while but here we are! A shop unit conversion and update from a clothing unit into a workable kitchen and restaurant unit.
A huge job for the company with assistance from Tony George and Simon Hall.
Lighting system installed in upstairs kitchen, inclusive of a separately switched 10000 lumen LED for the food preparation area, in a room with 12 RCD protected steel sockets on a ring final circuit now installed. A circuit that is also incorporating a fused spur for the extraction system.
Aside from that, lighting adjustment with 3 new LED panels installed and another 12 RCD protected steel sockets on another ring final circuit, LED panels installed in downstairs foyer.
Another new addition in a switched rear fog light to accommodate early morning deliveries, a radial circuit to power x3 2-gang 13A sockets, one downstairs for food storage area and two upstairs for an office area.
Final installations being rotary isolators for SWA supplies for a single phase walk-in refrigerator in the upstairs kitchen and another for a 3-phase isolator in the upstairs BOH area.
Decommissioning of numerous unused electrical systems included, as well as the recommissioning of an air conditioning unit on the main shop floor.
All tested and certified with more works scheduled for final fix for appliances.
Another job professionally completed and yet another happy customer.
