Left unattended inside the architects’ office for a matter of seconds… and Mitzi identified an immediate vulnerability in the design, helping herself to a bite of a director’s pancake while nobody was looking…

Witnesses say she attempted a second inspection of the evidence but was intercepted before the full pancake disappeared.

A lovely surprise to mark the securing of planning approval on a recent project 🌿

At this time of year, trees and planting start to flourish, and gardens come back to life. In residential design, that relationship with the landscape matters. A well-designed home shouldn’t feel separate from its surroundings — greenery should be part of the everyday experience of living there.
