Here is a loft conversation I finished earlier this year in Eastern Green. I helped to design this loft with a central staircase layout which gives the loft a larger feel due to the glass banister. We also included floor to ceiling windows to let lots of natural light in. I also created a lovely seating area and dressing table area under the velux window. I was so pleased to creat a lovely space for a lovely family.

Here are some photos of a loft conversation I did in Eastern Green. I utilised all of the space within the loft which makes it very big and still allows for storage. I also designed the layout. I fitted two floor to ceiling windows as a design feature which has allowed the loft to be very light and airy.

This was a refurbishment I carried out in Eastern Green, it included plastering on the first and second floor. Fitting pocket doors and new fire place, tiling. Laying all new flooring, fitting new banisters. Building storage under stairs.

I have just completed this lovely loft conversation and refurbishment in Earlsdon for a great customers. They were very open to my ideas which made the job a pleasure to do especially during working through COVID-19. They have asked me to go back to do some additional work.

During the Lockdown I had time to work on my own house for a change. I completed a loft conversation here is the en-suite bathroom. I have to say I am very pleased with the final finish.

Hi All, Hope your all safe and well!

Well 2020 hasn't gone the way we all were hoping, but I have some exciting news to share with you all!!!

I have been approached by Coventry City council to be part of their Coventry Guide to Extending your Home e-book. The Building inspector put me forward due to the quality of my work. It is a great achievement for me to be asked and I am very proud, especially as only a few Builders have been chosen to be included in this publication.

This was a kitchen I did in Allesley. I fitted a pocket door to create more space. The customer was pleased with my work they have booked me in to do garden design later this year.
