Old Baxi boiler failed its annual safety check on thursday with high levels of CO due to seals broken, along with a leaky diverter valve the customer opted for a new Main eco compact (made by Baxi) rather than repair it. Great value for money boiler with a 5 year warranty. Got it fitted today to get the tennant's up and running ASAP👨‍🔧🏰🔥

Customer today had their heating coming on when it wasn't supposed to and their hot water was lukewarm 🤔 The boiler had pre heat set for hot water so the boiler charged water ready to use, but as the diverter valve was faulty it was sending it to the radiators.
New diverter valve fitted, radiators balanced, pre heat setting switched off and everything now running smoothly 🏰🔥
