First bespoke gate build completed for a customer.

The brief was simple: a pair of strong, traditional timber driveway gates that looked good and were built to last.

Designed and built entirely from scratch, with a framed and braced construction, decorative spindle top section, heavy-duty ironmongery, and a secure centre locking system.

I usually spend more time on fencing, landscaping, and general property improvements, so this was a bit different from my usual projects. Every cut, measurement, and detail was done by hand.

There’s something incredibly satisfying about turning a pile of timber into something functional, solid, and, in its own way, beautiful.

Definitely learned a lot on this one. 🔨🌲

Another transformation completed.

Full removal and clearance of old fencing and overgrown bushes, followed by installation of brand new fencing for a clean, secure, and fresh finish 👌

Absolutely fabulous customer on this one as well, who even sent me home with a packed lunch — definitely looked after me! 😊
