Floor joists were in a bad state from a leaking shower and the shower tray was on legs which didn't help, causing alot of movement and more leaks. Ripped out and repaired, tray put down on a solid timber base, then splash panels fitted for a nice fresh look. LVT flooring, new basin,vanity and electric shower, reused existing shower tray and screen, also existing toilet with new valves.

An ensuite which was as built 16yrs ago, in Kenilworth. It had no screen and just a tile high round the bath and no shower.Also had a small wall hung basin so no storage in the ensuite. Bath wasn't battened to the wall either so the silicon had all come away causing leaks.
Fully tiled bath area, half tile the rest of the room. New shower tap and screen added.
Basin and vanity fitted, floor tiled too.

Bathroom for Rob and Heidi in finham
Was tough getting the waste below floor leave and out through the extention. ( very small roof space) but much better result for a walk in shower. Just waiting on electrician to put up the spot lights and extractor, Another one complete.

Bathroom on Leamington Rd.
No tiling. Splash panels on all walls and LVT flooring. Spacious walk in shower and plenty of storage.

Hard work reconfiguring this one when I lifted the floor. And all plumbing parts were from Germany! All changed now.
Got there in the end 🥵
