A job we finished just in time for christmas

Around 100 meters of new upvc plastics installed

✅️All timber fascias removed.

✅️All rotton timber work replaced

✅️vented soffit fitted

✅️New fascia installed.

✅️New brown guttering and downpipes installed

A throw back to a roof we completed last year for a lovely customer

Love a building with abit of history. Struck by or in close proximity of bombs dropping in the war. This roof was in bad shape

During the slate reroof, all humps were fully corrected using precision packing, counter-battening, and notched battens to restore correct levels before slating.

Gable ends where leveled out and cut down to provide a level looking suface.

All fascia boards removed and replaced with black woodgrain as specified by the customer.

All rotton valley boards where removed and replaced.

Resitrix single ply bitumen based membrane for the box gutter

Code 5 lead in the valleys, westerland fibre cement slates and a dry ridge system installed

One chimney was removed on the rear of the property, and the front was ground out and fully repointed.

Quality workmanship was key on this reroof. The result is a straight, level slate roof finished with care and attention to detail.

Bit of work for the grandparents...
And got the Little man involved with this one.

All the joists where badly rotted causing decking boards to sink and kick up when walked on.

✅️ all excisting decking removed and de nailed.

✅️all rotton boards and joists disposed of.

✅️hump in concrete in the middle was dug out to provide a more level frame

✅️new 4x2 frame wrapped in damp then plugged and screwed around perimeter

✅️ new 4x2 joists installed and damp proofed

✅️ all the decking we saved was refixed and new boards fitted to replace any damaged

✅️new step was built at the front and step created through excisting brickwall.

✅️ handrails fitted on both steps to make the garden more accessible for them

✅️ a good jetwash to finish and it almost looks brand new 👌

Safe to say they are more than happy and have been in the garden since 👌
