Another project complete and another happy Client... This project Involved the extension of the existing garage into a 2 storey which added two bedrooms and a bathroom to this property. There was also a single storey extension built onto the rear of the property to create a music room. The existing kitchen was quite small and enclosed, the client wanted to improve the lighting and space by removing two internal walls which involved supporting the 1st floor structure with steel beams and fitting a large sliding door to give access to the new patio area. The patio area was finished with porcelain paving with a cobbled border, planters constructed and new fencing around their sauna at the bottom of the patio.

Been a while since our last post but this one was worth waiting for. At this project in Cultra we carried out extensive refurbishment works and extended the property with extensions for kitchen, living, 2 bedrooms and a Garage. Our works included everything from the initial site clearance to the organising of our subcontractors to complete the finest of details in this beautiful home.

It was a pleasure to then see the property featured in Irelands Homes Interiors and living magazine back in September 2024.

We have recently completed our 1 year defects period on this eye catching property which we completed back in 2019. We helped give this unique property a major refurbishment and extend the first floor area and leave the client with a modern and stylish new home for their family to enjoy. Here are some before and after photos.

Photos from a recently completed single story extension to a semi-detached house off the Ravenhill Road, Belfast. The front elevation was finished in timber cladding by Toasted and the rear elevation included beautiful floor to ceiling sliding patio doors with aluminium overhanging soffit and facia to the perimeter of the extension. These works provided the client with a new utility room and a spacious kitchen Living area that flows into the enclosed rear patio and garden area.

Making good progress this week . kerb lines in and levels stoned up. We got a huge delivery of tiles so Internally we have been busy setting shower trays and prepping floors for tiling next week.
