Vaughan Engineering Services delivered a cutting-edge MEP solution, featuring Hidros air-source heat pumps, Reznor gas-fired radiant systems and hybrid ventilation to support the specialist training environments.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented person to join the Fairhaven H&V Services Ltd team in the role of Tech Support & Commissioning Engineer.

The role requires someone with an analytical mind and a logical, organised approach to their work. A sound understanding of hashtag systems and hashtag would be beneficial. Experience of ventilation systems is desirable, but not essential.

As Christmas approaches, once again we have chosen to donate to some worthwhile local charities in lieu of customer gifts. This year our chosen charities are NI, and animal rescue. These organisations have special significance to members of our team, and we are delighted to be able to support them in this way.

We would like to thank all our customers and suppliers for their support and custom during 2022, and wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year.

Our offices will be closing at 1pm on Wednesday 21st December and reopening on Tuesday 3rd January.

We would like to belatedly welcome our newest member of the team, Cameron Salt. Cameron joined us in May as our van driver and stores assistant. He has settled in well to the job, and recently completed his 3-day forklift training.

Impress Metal Packaging, now part of the Ardagh Group (https://buff.ly/36G4mJ6), installed the Airius destratification system to help reduce heating costs and improve staff comfort at their 3,000m2 manufacturing plant in Norwich.

Following installation Impress reduced their heating costs by over £60,000 in just the first winter season, totalling a 45% saving.

Special Christmas wishes to Charlie Mooney, our well known and respected storeman & delivery driver who retired today after 9 years of hard graft. According to his rough calculations Charlie has delivered more than 10,000 orders and racked up over 200,000 miles around the roads of our wee island, so he has definitely earned a break!!

Enjoy your retirement Charlie, we will all miss you!!!

Well, what a year it has been! We've all been on an unexpected journey this past 10 months, and if nothing else it has highlighted just how little we can all take for granted, but also how much we have to be thankful for. As the year draws to a close we would of course like to thank all of our valued customers for their business, and we would also like to take a moment to encourage everyone to think of those less fortunate than us over the festive season.

This Christmas, in lieu of the usual customer gifts, we have decided instead to support some worthwhile charities. We have donated to several charities that have significance for our team
