What a transformation! Lesley reached out to us asking for our help after her beautiful kitchen/diners floor broke apart ☹️ this customer has wet underfloor heating, which was previously ply lined, glued and screeded with tiles fitted on top. Unfortunately the tiles broke apart causing serious risks to her family. Thankfully we were able to fix this! After all the tiles were removed, Ben used fibre reinforced mapei screed to fill the deep sections due to previous tile adhesive being bonded onto a crack mat. Once this had fully dried, Ben used a latex primer and done the final floor prep with Arditex NA to get the floor perfectly level and smooth. This beautiful LVT tile is from Karndene in the colour Knight Tile Dove Grey ST21 😍 finished with fresh skirting boards all round. We are so happy with how this turned out and that we were able to fix an on going issue for Lesley and her family. All products supplied by L.B Interior come with a 1 year fitting guaranteed when suitable floor prep is followed to ensure a perfect finished floor. Herringbone LVT done throughout the ground floor for Erin & Jake on Wednesday. Monday we were there screeding the subfloor to ensure a smooth and flat surface to prevent any lifting of the flooring. Skirting boards are yet to be finished as Ben & Alex definitely worked hard morning til night to get this finished. Couldn’t have asked for better customers! Thank you for trusting us with transforming the look of your home.
