Lovely feed back for my customer that I was copied into.

We had problems with our modern stove with an external twin wall flue, where the room was filling with smoke when we tried to light it. I arranged for Milborrow (https://www.milborrowchimneysweeps.co.uk) to sweep the flue and we discussed options to help with the problem. I had considered an electric extractor fan on top of the flue but after discussing with Kevin he suggested we try a FlueCube (https://www.fluecube.co.uk/) which we then had installed shortly after. Wow, what a "game changer", it just works perfectly and lights so easily with NO smoke in the house at all. We can't believe how good it is. If you are having problems, then definitely contact Milborrow and have a Fluecube. Thank you Kevin and the team.

Hi folks,

Just wanted to let you know the flue cube has made a huge difference to lighting our stove and more importantly, when the wind is blowing from the north there is no downdraft or blowback at all.
It burns better and more consistently and allows the vents to be closed in sooner than before.

Thanks for recommending it, wish we’d heard of it years ago!
