***UPDATE...he’s home! Delivered today***
My heart hurts. Hank has been missing from Hamstreet, Kent for nearly a week now.
Hank is a mainly black, jack Russell x Patterdale terrier. He’s got 4 white socks and a white stripe on his chest and he has a docked tail.
He comes across as a pup but is actually 6. He is such a fun loving friendly dog and that’s mainly to do with his poorly brain. Hank was involved in a horrific accident when he was a puppy becoming entangled with his sister and their collars. Hank was garrotted and was found only just in time. The lack of oxygen to his brain has left him brain damaged. This only means that he is now the most over friendly wee dog and will go off with anyone. He also gets lost easily, not knowing how to find his way home.
When Hank escapes he’s looking for people, mainly because he’s heard a noise and tries to follow it. He’s well known in the village where we live for his escapades but this is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. He has just simply vanished in to the night.
*** He IS microchipped, he wasn’t wearing a collar as he was at home but has definitely got a identibase microchip ***
Please keep sharing, his sister is a miserable lost soul and we are all completely devastated. He’s been with us since he was 12 weeks old
