This roof is going to look stunning. We have a Garland inverted roof system with 235mm of insulation. This is going to be topped off with Scottish river stone and a patio around the outside. We will post a finished picture in the coming days.

Following a recent survey of a residential terrace, it was immediately clear that the existing asphalt waterproofing system had reached the end of its serviceable life. The most notable defects were concentrated around the lead flashing details at the parapet upstands, where deterioration had begun

First two roofs complete at Headley Court.
Garland felt system with nicholson airtrack dressed with lead drips. These come with a 20 year guarantee and a test certificate to prove they are built to last.

We have another 1000m+ of roofs to do on this site this year it is one of our biggest projects currently.

Monday and we are setting the week off to a flying start in Epsom installing an airtrack ventilation flashing kit on the first of many roofs we are installing at Headley Court.

This is a relatively new system that creates airflow behind the lead flashing detail which will prolong the life of the roof and help regulate temperatures in the loft space.

Spent last week in Glastonbury doing a flat roof garden.
This has been completed using top spec materials from Mapei Polyglass UK and will be finished off with a top of the range roof garden and a huge skylight. We have thoroughly enjoyed this job so far and had chance to catch up with some old friends and make a few new ones.
Will follow up next week with the finished product which we already know is going to look amazing. Thanks for following.
