Meet Jo 👋
Jo joined us in July and, in a relatively short space of time, has already become a really important part of the ORCA team and our day-to-day operations.
Jo is our Scheduling Manager, playing a crucial role in keeping everything moving behind the scenes. From allocating jobs to our engineers and managing the diary, to making sure we’re working as efficiently as possible, answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries — Jo has a big part to play in keeping the ship sailing 🚢
And there’s one thing we’ve learnt very quickly about Jo…
She is brilliant when it comes to customer service!
Jo has a wealth of experience in customer relations, she genuinely enjoys speaking to customers, helping people and making sure they have a great experience. From a business point of view, it’s brilliant to see someone who not only understands the importance of customer service, but genuinely enjoys it and does it so naturally.
Of course, we’ve also learnt a few other things about Jo along the way…
☕ She likes a coffee. Or five. All in a morning.
🍬 She’s completely and utterly obsessed with extra-strong mints.
❤️ She’s hugely devoted to her family.
👨👩👧👦 And her grandchildren are her absolute pride and joy.
It’s not hard to understand why she’s so often referred to as “Mamma Jo”. 😂
She’s settled into ORCA incredibly well and has already become a much-loved part of the team.
