Flat roof upgrade for a church in Cranleigh this week. The 10 year old rubber roof had sweated causing the plywood deck to rot this was due to lack of ventilation when it was poorly installed. We have laid new OSB boards primed deck and mechanically fixed 200mm Eco board insulation.New 600mm facias to accommodate installation. Just the PVC single ply membrane to complete and new roof light and it will be complete. Another roof will be completed to comply with current building control guidelines for the upgrade of thermal element.

Lovely transformation to the old rendering on this country mansion. Sandtoft Sussex blends have beautifully made the weathering to the old failed K rendering completely watertight again. Hopefully will be back to re roof the existing original pitched roof.💪👍🤞
