Customer had reported heating had failed and on arrival everything was working fine. Quick inspection inside the boiler revealed a more serious issue underlying. A flue seal had perished and was leaking condensate into the air supply to the boiler in turn dripping onto electrical components inside causing boiler to fail!

New flue length installed and everyone safe and happy for the festive break🎄

Trust the bunny 🐰!

2 separate boiler installs, 2 great choices!

Worcester junior combination boiler had become untrustworthy and unreliable so the landlord decided it was time to replace it! 10 year guarantee for piece of mind and a nice warm tenant!

Our second install very much the same! Slightly less warranty with 7 years on this ecotec sustain but still a great boiler! Happy warm tenants all ready for them Christmas evenings 🎄

⭐️ - New boiler and 1st fix pipework carried out on our project in ide! Our Customers property has been completely stripped and taken back to the bear bones and we are enjoying helping getting things back to how they should be! More progress photos to follow - ⭐️

🎄- on inspection our clients boiler had seen better days! A high possibility of products of combustion leaving the boiler casing and generally tired system pipework… after a discussion our clients decided they would like to go pressurised and that’s what we did! - 🎄

- Gravity fed cylinder removed
- Unvented cylinder installed
- Heat only oil boiler removed from inside the property
- New heat only Grant external boiler placed in a safe location along with the a plume management kit to take those nasty flue gases away from the property!

Two very happy customers with a lovely warm home in time for Christmas 🎅

A project we finished this week in good time and with 2 very happy customers!

New bath fitted along with rainfall electric shower and crisp clean aqua panels! 🚿 🛁

Also some snaps of our new build project getting underway with drainage and underfloor heating to start off these new homes! We are looking forward to sharing more of this project with you all in the future 👍
