Wednesday What’s on the Bench?

I have to admit that this week has mostly involved admin which never makes a good picture but I do have a couple of upholstery pictures for you!

A ladies chair stripped back, joints re glued and in the process of being sanded before rebuilding. Finished the Library Armchair rebuild destined to return to its home in Aberfeldy.

A couple of cushions made for the window display.

Hopefully less admin and more upholstery for next week 😊

Wednesday What’s on the bench??
So, I’ve redone the stool that was damaged putting the frame on before I went on holiday!
I’ve made a few cushions for the shop and started the next batch of little landrover seats.
Also started deconstructing an armchair which has a few interesting features such as a block of pine on the front edge instead of stitching 🥴 and binder twine to lash the springs 🤭

Wednesday What’s on the bench? Not too much as I’m on holiday! Back Thursday 9th July 10am 😊
