🎨 EXPERIENCED PAINTER & DECORATOR WANTED 🎨
I'm looking to build a small network of reliable subcontractors for a steady flow of refurbishment work across County Durham and Darlington.
I'm looking for an experienced painter and decorator to take on regular refurbishment projects.
The work will typically include:
🖌️ Walls and ceilings
🖌️ Woodwork and doors
🖌️ Radiators
🖌️ Kitchen cupboard doors
🖌️ Sanding, filling and preparation
🖌️ Wallpaper removal and preparation
🖌️ General making good and finishing work
⚠️ IMPORTANT: These are fixed-price jobs rather than day-rate work. Each project is priced in advance based on the agreed scope of works, so this arrangement won't suit everyone.
The advantage is that the work is ready to go. No spending evenings travelling around quoting for jobs that may never happen, no chasing potential customers and no waiting weeks to find out whether you've won the work.
The aim is to provide a steady flow of refurbishment work for the right person.
I'm looking for someone who:
✅ Takes pride in their preparation and finish
✅ Is reliable and works to agreed timescales
✅ Can work independently
✅ Has experience with refurbishment and rental properties
✅ Can provide suitable insurance
✅ Wants regular work without constantly having to find the next job
The initial work is across County Durham and Darlington, with the potential for regular ongoing work for the right person.
