At Hoxston we really enjoy upcycling projects in addition to our new build developments. This four bed Victorian semi-detached property in Lady Bay, Nottinghamshire had not been given any TLC in decades. The property has been renovated to a very high standard and is now ready for new owners and its next chapter.
