Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Trainee Sprayer to join our team, working alongside our experienced sprayer finishing high-quality external joinery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career within a professional and growing company.
The Role
✔ Assisting with the preparation and spraying of high-end external joinery
✔ Learning professional spray-finishing techniques and processes
✔ Sanding, masking, preparation, and quality control
✔ Maintaining equipment and keeping the workshop clean and organised
✔ Carefully loading vehicles to ensure finished joinery is protected during deliveries
✔ Working closely with an experienced sprayer to develop your skills
What We're Looking For
✔ Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
✔ Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
✔ Willingness to learn and take instruction
✔ Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
✔ Care and consideration when handling high-quality finished products
✔ Previous workshop, joinery, painting, or spraying experience is an advantage but not essential
