Chase Farm nearing completion 👌
Just the roof lights left to install in 2 weeks and this multi-discipline roofing project will be wrapped up.
A technically demanding project incorporating the Garland Dura-Coat roofing system alongside a wide range of specialist works including: -Commercial RWG systems
-Roof light installations
-SVP modifications
-Complex scaffold design and access solutions -Timber upstand alterations
-Internal making good following lantern installations
-Full site mobilisation including storage, lifting equipment, and welfare facilities
A true multi-discipline roofing project requiring detailed planning, fast design alterations & coordination, and careful management from start to finish, in a live environment.
One of the key challenges on this project was the presence of asbestos-containing materials, particularly around fascia and soffit fixings. Works had to be carefully planned and managed alongside professional asbestos handlers to ensure all operations were carried out safely, compliantly, and without disruption to programme progress.
