Gutter and fascia clean in Bromley carried out by our team of operators for a property management company.

We needed to use our 17m spider lift due to tight access through a gate to the rear of the property. Our 20m CTE platform was used on the right hand side from a neighbouring property and our 33m Ruthmann platform on the left hand side and front which needed a platform with a good amount of horizontal outreach.

Our clients main issue at this property was blocked outlets causing overflowing when it rained causing damp wall issues on the ground floor flats. We rectified all issues in one day whilst providing a much more cost effective solution compared to having scaffolding erected all around the building.
