Biggest single ply job to date.

Don’t do enough of this but I should because I absolutely love it.

Locked horns with Total roofing sw ltd to tackle this 120m2 roof in Dorchester.
With access being an absolute nitemare it’s been a very tough couple of weeks especially in this heat but I’ve absolutely loved it.

Full rip up which had 7 layers of felt,insulation boards and rotten OSB 🤦🏽‍♂️.

Warm roof installed with new deck,vapour barrier,insulation boards and single ply membrane.

-three layer high performance system installed

Huge improvement and safe to say this roofs now water tight.
