New 10 year warranty Ideal logic max 35kw boiler this week as part of kitchen refurb in detached property , Milton of Campsie . Ideal Halo Smart Control fitted here , boiler wiring to be completed once kitchen fitted for any eagle eyes 🧐 …. Alfie the very friendly dug keeping eye on proceedings.

Latest boiler replacement done . Taking out a heat only Gloworm boiler which had served house since new . Around 25 years or so .
Replaced with Ideal Logic Max 35kw . 10 years warranty. Customer delighted with no more noisy gravity fed shower pump and a cupboard space freed upstairs with removal of hot water cylinder .

Few pics from a recently completed bathroom for Eryn & Chris, stripped back to a shell , sleek lines and modern furniture, radiator & tiles . Tall radiator fitted in hall as well as part of job and hall floor tiled running seamlessly into bathroom . All trades supplied , Tile solutions , GCD electrical, Healy joiners & Logie sealants . Another happy client 😁

A bigger job done in Glasgow’s southside , full new heating system with boiler fitted in loft . Boiler with 12 years warranty .previously a warm air unit fitted in loft with around 60m of ducting stripped out along with warm air unit , storage tank and hot water cylinder from loft area . Lots of new pipework on this job . Column radiators which really went well in this Victorian upper conversion . Kitchen done by a friend ,also black bespoke steel doors and panels to open up where previously was a solid wall to allow more light and open plan living between kitchen and living room . Great to see finished with client delighted with all works . Another happy client 😁

Before and after pics of another bathroom . Again removing bath to allow easier access for client . LVT floor , non slip shower tray , thermostatic shower , wall hung basin vanity unit , wc , towel radiator, wet room screen , spotlights and tiling . All sealed using light grey silicone to match grout colour . New velux window fitted prior to installation.
All trades supplied . GCD electrical, Box SS joiners , M Cheyne and son Joiners , Logie sealants , S Flanagan tiling .
