McNicol Insulation Ltd is a well established thermal insulation firm based in Cumbernauld and we are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our team and keep day to day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to emails, phone calls and other correspondence.

Maintain filing systems both electronic and physical.

Assist data entry and record keeping.

Order office supplies and handle basic procurement tasks.

Support other team members and administrative tasks as needed.

About You

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently.

Friendly, approachable and professional.

Experienced in using Microsoft office, including email, word and excel.
