Grant Ltd are seeking an Assistant Accountant with experience of working with a dynamic finance team.

The ideal person will have some experience and progression in industry. Particular experience will be sought in sales and purchase ledger, monthly processes, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities will depend on the experience of the individual:

Minimum requirement/responsibilities(processing):
* Sales and purchase ledger
* Bank reconciliation
* Payroll journals

Desired requirements/responsibilities:
* Year end accounts prep
* WIP calculations
* Prepare monthly management information
* Responsible for internal controls
* Cash flow management and planning
* Office management and site support
* Financial forecasts- support QS and operational teams with project specific financial plans

Qualification at AAT Level 4 qualified, working towards, or qualified by experience will all be considered.

Experience of construction is advantageous but not essential as training will be given.

Part or Full Time role will be considered dependant in persons circumstances and skillset. There is opportunity to work from our Cockermouth and/or Penrith office.
