This weeks job. Flat roof was like a swimming pool with 2 inches of water lying on it as it was run back into the main roof and the centre of it had sagged creating a dip for all rainwater to lie in. Stripped roof off back to the deck and re run it to the front of the roof. New deck down,3B vapour barrier and 50mm insulation screw fixed with pressure plates into the new deck then 2mm underlay torched down and black mineral finish sheet torched over the top. Had to create a step between neighbours roof due to raising the height of our roof for the re run and adding insulation so the step has been fully flashed onto both roofs sealing it. New white plastic gutter added to catch rainwater off flat roof and felt drip torched into gutter. Old lead sidegutter has been stripped out and new code 5 lead put in. Old wooden cladding on cheek of dormer stripped off and replaced with new pvc cladding and all sealed. Up. Another happy customer. Get in touch for a free quote for any roofing works needing done.

Single ply membrane roof installed. Timer kerb and insulation screw fixed to the deck. Sheets layed and laps screw fixed then all joins heat welded. All upstands flashed and raggle cut with raggle flashing fitted and flashings heat welded onto it. Drip trims for the perimeter carrying into new gutters

Flat roof stripped off back to the deck. Rot repairs carried out to the deck. Vapour barrier tacked down , 50mm timber kerb and 50mm insulation fixed down. Old fascia’s and gutters taken down and new redwood fascia installed along with new deep flow plastic gutter. 2 layers of felt torched down. A 2mm underlay first then finished off with 4.5mm mineral capping sheet. Raggle cut at far end and flashed then pointed up with cement
