🔨 JOIN THE MINT CONSTRUCTION TEAM 🔨

Multi-Skilled Carpenter / General Builder Required

Due to continued growth, Mint Construction & Maintenance is looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis.

✅ What We Offer:

* Company van supplied
* Excellent rates of pay (depending on experience)
* Full-time work – 5 days per week
* Self-employed / CIS basis
* Long-term position for the right person
* Variety of work across South Wales
* Friendly, professional team environment

✅ Skills Required:

* 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
* General building experience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good problem-solving skills
* High standard of workmanship
* Full UK driving licence essential

Experience in other trades such as plastering, roofing, tiling, kitchens, bathrooms, stud work, and general maintenance would be a huge advantage.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, turns up on time, and wants to be part of a growing company with plenty of ongoing projects.

📍 Based around Cwmbran, Newport, Cardiff, and surrounding areas.
