100 year old barn conversion turned into a 1 bedroom house.

Another add on of security fencing for our good friends at JST Services.
Installed 2 new gates to allow access.

JST services has been a loyal customer of ours for nearly 20 years now. We can’t thank them enough for the continued support.

Another week… another lump of steel installed.
Opened up the back wall of the house into the extension that we’ve been on to make a stunning large sitting room/kitchen room.

Wall was triple brick thick and we took away approx 10-12 ton of rubble

Installed around 3/4 ton of steel all the structural engineers design

Big thanks to Ayrshire steels again for manufacturing the steel. Flawless yet again.👍

Foundations marked out
Substructure built to allow joiners to build kit.
Facing brick built.

Shop refurb we did. We worked crazy hours sometimes to midnight every night to get this turned around in the quickest possible time. Removal of walls to create disabled turning space, made a new cleaners cupboard and installed a disabled toilet which was previously a store room. Also building got a freshen up.

We were asked by a good friend of mine to open up his kitchen to a house he recently bought. Working off structural engineer plans we propped and held up an 2nd story extension whilst we removed all the walls and an old chimney below. The open plan has made a big difference.
Big thanks to Ayrshire steels again, there manufacturing was millimetre perfect.

Previous jobs completed. We were asked by our good friends at Ayr racecourse to fix the grandstand so that it could open for the 2021 Scottish gold cup rase meeting. It involved putting 15 new steel beams into the grandstand for extra support. Big thanks to Ayrshire steels for manufacturing the beams and for some onsite welding.

We had a tight window to complete this but Our guys managed to complete this job and have it signed off from the structural engineers 6 days ahead of the race day.

Lot of jobs to upload so sorry in advance. Slabbing and chip job using some materials that were already bought by the customer for a previous guy. Installed a double runway for all their vehicles.

Previous job we are just getting to share with yous. We literally held up this side off the house to allow us to remove the opening for these brilliant set of 6 bi-folds doors. Opening, steel and rendering all did by ourselves, bifolds were installed by an other company. What a feature for the customers living room this makes.
