We were called out to a rental property during the week with no heating/hot water. On investigation we found multiple issues & leaks in the old combi and advised landlord to replace. We provide new boiler replacements on a priority booking service with a guarantee that the customer will have it done by the end of the week! 🔥

All quotes are provided on a supply and fit basis and come with either 5 years, 7 years or 10 years manufacturers warranty 📝

We attended an annual service for one of our clients. Off the back of inspection and taking into consideration the age of the boiler all parties decided it was time to replace.

- Condensate pump installed to discharge in accordance with regulations

- Altered all pipework for a tidier installation & extra cupboard space

- New smart thermostat & receiver installed

- Wet areas re-boarded with moisture resistant plaster boards
- Ply base installed to the floors
- New walk in shower & bath installed
- New LVT flooring installed in both rooms
- New Cladding tiles installed in both rooms
- New Black Rainfall showers
- New Scudo vanity unit basins
- New white WCs
- New black spot lights
- New black extractor fans
- New black light switches
- New black taps & pop up wastes
- New black shower enclosure & bath screen
- New black LED mirrors
- All rubbish removed at the end of the job

Customer enquired to replace all down stairs lights to black spot lights half way through the renovation. Our electrician had no issues carrying out the extra work and the full project was completed within 2 weeks. 🛠️

All plumbing was completed by ourselves and plastering, electrics, joinery & rubbish removal by our trusted trades leaving the customer only dealing with ourselves throughout the whole project 😊

Boiler relocation done yesterday by one of our engineers & apprentice 👷

Our customer required more cupboard space in the kitchen and had a small wash room within the guest bedroom which was never used. 🤝

Cameron and Bailey drained down the system, stripped out the old wash room, repositioned the boiler in the old wash room and altered all pipework to suit with a new external gas line. 🛠️

Customer was offered contact details of our trusted plasterer & decorator on completion to complete any patchwork and decorating. 🎨
