Traditional Sash Window repairs and maintenance carried out over the past couple of days in York by the team.

The works included:
• Replacement of Waxed Sash Cords which had previously perished over time.
• Rebalancement to the Lead Weighted Sash.
• Timber splicing repairs to preserve as much of the original characteristics of the windows.

We have repaired and restored to good working order many old windows that our customers had thought to be beyond repair. We can replace rotten window sills, rebuild rotten bay windows, repair rotten wood, renew broken sash window cords as well as replace broken glass.
